Shipping PolicyÂ
BFT, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for all customers. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.Â
Order Processing, Shipping & DeliveryÂ
All orders are processed within approximately 5–7 business days from the date the order is successfully placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. While we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional events, product launches, holidays, inventory verification, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, order processing may take up to 14 business days.Â
Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare, verify, and dispatch an order and does not include the shipping transit time provided by the carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country, shipping service selected, customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and other factors beyond BFT’s control.Â
Any delivery estimates displayed on our website or provided by shipping carriers are for informational purposes only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. BFT shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International OrdersÂ
Customers placing international orders are solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements within their country of residence.Â
BFT makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of any product in a customer’s jurisdiction and assumes no responsibility for products that are delayed, restricted, seized, refused entry, or otherwise affected by customs authorities or government agencies.Â
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import FeesÂ
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, storage fees, or other government-imposed charges upon arrival in the destination country.Â
These charges are determined by the relevant customs authority and are entirely outside the control of BFT.Â
Such charges may include, but are not limited to:Â
- Import DutiesÂ
- Import VAT or Sales TaxÂ
- Customs Clearance FeesÂ
- Brokerage FeesÂ
- Warehousing or Storage FeesÂ
- Parcelforce UK Fees (where applicable)Â
- Government-imposed fees, surcharges, or administrative chargesÂ
- Any other costs associated with importing products purchased from BFT
Customer ResponsibilityÂ
All customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The prices displayed on our website, including product prices and shipping charges, do not include any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges that may be assessed by the destination country.Â
By placing an order with BFT, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for paying all applicable import-related charges and complying with all local laws and regulations governing the importation of goods.Â
Refused, Abandoned, or Returned ShipmentsÂ
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, abandoned, returned to sender, or otherwise prevented from being delivered due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, incorrect address information, or failure to comply with local import regulations, BFT shall not be responsible for any resulting losses, delays, or additional expenses.Â
Any return shipping fees, storage fees, customs penalties, carrier charges, or related costs incurred as a result of such circumstances may be deducted from any eligible refund at BFT’s sole discretion.Â
Limitation of LiabilityÂ
BFT shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, customs processing delays, import restrictions, lost shipments, carrier errors, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Policy UpdatesÂ
BFT reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website. By continuing to use our website and placing orders after such changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Shipping Policy.
How to Request an ExchangeÂ
